Job Description/Responsibilities: –

Develop product design concepts and confirming the product design specifications to customer requirements.
Design and develop mechanical system or components.
Drive project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule.
Design & Conduct experiments using statistical techniques to confirm analysis, to evaluate new or existing designs to confirm to product specification, or resolve problems.
Design and conduct experiments using statistical techniques to confirm analysis, to evaluate new or existing designs to confirm to production specification, or resolve problems.
To perform debug, improvement activities and buy-off of new components.
Interface with project team members, suppliers and customers.
Provide projects team with regular performance updates/reviews for identification of variances and correction/corrective action.
Involve in 5S and other improvement activities implemented in the Company from time to time.
To carry out any other duties (with proper training given) assigned by superior from time to time.
To ensure compliance of local law requirement and customer social audit requirements.
Assisting the superior / head of department as when required.

Job Specification/Requirements: –

Good knowledge in plastic moulding process and product design
Good time management skills and ability to work under minimum supervision.
Creative and innovative in thinking.
Minimum 2 years experiences in Pro-Engineer/Creo or equivalent 3D software.
Knowledge in product packaging and artwork printing processes.
Responsible and able to work with minimum supervision.
Able to use Microsoft Offices and related Designing software.
Good knowledge in plastic moulding processes or product packaging design.
Good time-management skills and ability to work under minimum supervision.
Creative and innovative thinking.
Hands on experience with Pro-Engineer/Creo Software would be and added advantage.
Knowledgeable in 5S, Quality and ISO is an advantageous.
Willing to work in a team work environment and a team player.
Preferable those who able to join in short notice or fast.
